Ticket distribution

Tour Clients in

Beijing and Hong Kong
Sportsworld tour clients will receive their event tickets from the Sportsworld team during “welcome drinks” on their arrival day.

For non tour clients – Beijing
Non-tour clients who have their earliest event ticket in Beijing will collect ALL of their tickets at the Sportsworld ticket centre in Central Beijing

Final details for the location of both Beijing and Hong Kong ticket centres including directions will be confirmed week beginning 23 June 2008.

Local opening times for the Beijing Ticket centre:
• 4 August 2008 to 23 August 2008 from 09:00 to 18:00
• 24 August 2008 from 09:00 to 13:00

For non-tour clients – Hong Kong
Non-tour clients who have their earliest event ticket in Hong Kong will collect ALL of their tickets at the Sportsworld ticket centre in Hong Kong.

Local opening times for the Hong Kong Ticket centre:
• 7 August 2008 and 8 August 2008 – 09:00 to 11:00; 11:30 to 13:30 and 14:00 to 16:00
• 9 August 2008 to 12 August 2008 – 09:00 to 11:00 and 13:00 to 15:00
• 13 August 2008 – 21 August 2008 – 09:00 to 11:00

If you wish to collect your tickets between 7 August and 12 August in Hong Kong, you will be asked to specify your preferred collection time when full collection location details are sent.

Final details for the location of both Beijing and Hong Kong ticket centres including directions will be confirmed week beginning 23 June 2008.
