The 2009 Men’s World Ice Hockey Championships will be held in Switzerland. From the 24th April untill the 10thMay 209 the best icehockey nations will competete against eachother. The games will be played both in Bern and Kloten. The PostFinance Arena in Bern was renovated and accommodates an attendance of 17,00;. the Eishalle Schluefweg in Kloten was expanded to a capacity of 9,000.
